THE sTORY SO FAR
My journey to Squarespace web designer wasn’t exactly planned…
They say most people have five careers in their lifetime (raises hand). But honestly? I wouldn't change a thing. I spent my twenties in London working at Ministry of Sound, before spending years in the worlds of tech and marketing - including a stint with actual rocket scientists at a FTSE 100.
Then I became a mum, moved back to my beloved Suffolk, and thought: right, what's next? I knew I wanted to work for myself so I trained as a photographer and spent seven years shooting luxury weddings - learning everything there is to know about running a small business & finding the right clients, and a great website was a big part of my success story.
Then 2020 happened and with nuptials on hold, I started building Squarespace websites just for fun. Then a friend asked me to build one for her. Then another friend. Then a stranger. And before long it had become my full-time thing - which tells you everything you need to know about how much I love it!
Six years and 100+ clients later, I'm still just as obsessed with Squarespace and passionate about what it can do for a small business. I bring my background in photography, marketing and business - plus the empathy of someone who's actually been there. Because I've been exactly where you are, and I know what a difference the right website makes.
