A dedicated eight hours of my time to elevate your website. The time is yours for whatever you need.
This is for you if you've already got a website, and somewhere in the back of your mind you know it could look and feel so much better. You're not after a full rebuild - you just need some proper, focused help to elevate it beyond what you already have.
Whether it's your homepage that needs some attention, a couple of smaller pages, or a task list of the things you've been meaning to sort, the time is yours to use as you need. We split the eight hours across two half days, so the process stays calm and focused.
By the end, your website will feel more elevated, giving you a strong foundation to build from. You can carry that feel through the rest of your site yourself, or book another day with me and we'll keep going together.

KED Interiors, a full-service interior design firm based in Barrington, IL, servicing clients through distinctive home design.
The Mission
KED’s website already had good bones but it needed more finesse. It had a mix of font styles and weights and buttons. Some sections were very text heavy and needed more space and a more luxurious feel so that it matched the high-end quality of the work they offered to their clientele.
The Result
A polished homepage with a cohesive visual system and elegant spacing together with little design touches to make it feel genuinely elevated. The client loved the results so much, they came back for a second VIP Day!

Pre-Day Questionnaire: You'll complete a short questionnaire and send any additional assets via a shared Google drive.

30 Min Strategy Call: After you've submitted your questionnaire, we'll run through key priorities for the day ahead.

Revisions: Small revisions of up to 15 minutes within 7 days - this covers fine-tuning such as text or image swaps.

Email Support: Email support for 14 days after your VIP Day for any small questions that come up.

As a general rule, that's a homepage refresh with a touch of light branding or two/three smaller pages.
However, it really depends on the complexity of your site, how many pages, and how involved you'd like to be.
Occasionally an older site has a lot of complex code underneath, which can make even simple changes trickier - that's something we'll factor in together.

You don't need to be on a call with me the whole time, but you do need to be reachable for quick questions and feedback - it's a fast-paced day (or two half days!).
You'll also need access to a desktop/laptop, not just a mobile phone, so you can see the designs unfolding properly and make sure you're happy with the direction.

My preferred way is Instagram DM, (or Facebook DM if that's easier for you) - email is too slow for the pace of a VIP Day.
I don't use my phone or WhatsApp for business, but Instagram works brilliantly, as I can send a quick voice note or drop in an image without breaking my focus on your design time.

Ahead of the day, I'll need full administrator access via the permissions area of your Squarespace back end.

Usually not - I work on a duplicate page so you can approve it before it goes live. If we're making branding changes like colours, fonts or buttons, it's up to you whether I work directly on the live site or whether you'd prefer it password protected for a couple of hours.

You're paying for a container of 8 hours of time, so revisions are limited to fifteen minutes' worth of simple text or image swaps, rather than redesigns.

Yes! I have a lot of clients based in the US, which is actually one of the reasons I split the day into two half days - it lets me work afternoons that suit US time zones.
I work with clients elsewhere too, and we simply find times that work for a call when needed. -
I work on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine. If you're on Squarespace 7.0 or an earlier version, I'm afraid I can't help. If you're on 7.1 but haven't upgraded to Fluid Engine, I'd need to upgrade your site first before starting any work.
I no longer work on the older versions, as they don't tend to suit my design style.
